Eric Au

Eric Au is a versatile product and business development leader with a robust 12-year track record in spearheading the establishment and growth of technology and home-based enterprises.

His accomplishments span from being the inaugural employee who contributed to propelling an app company to over 30 million users to orchestrating successful first-round venture funding campaigns, and steering a video tech startup to profitability.

Noteworthy achievements include facilitating a series A startup in launching a prosperous IoT product and earning numerous sales accolades and acknowledgments within the home industry.

Eric's academic background is equally impressive, having pursued a BA in American Studies with a significant emphasis on American Business and Globalization at the esteemed University of California, Berkeley, further augmenting his expertise with a Certificate in Management of Engineering and Innovation from the same institution.

He also enriched his knowledge through Continuing Studies in Business & Technology at Stanford University and delved into web development at Coding Dojo.

In terms of professional affiliations, Eric has worn multiple hats, having been the Owner of Synergy Home Solutions, Co-Founder of MTKC, Consultant and Product Manager at Teforia, and served as Chief Business Development Officer at Gingerhome (Melonhome, formerly), Hyperconnect (Azar Video Messenger, formerly), in addition to founding DesignX.
