Enrica Cornaglia

Enrica Cornaglia is a program manager with over 20 years of experience in social entrepreneurship and international development. She excels in multicultural environments and possesses excellent communication skills, enabling her to build strong relationships across various levels.

Throughout her career, Enrica has held key roles such as Venture Program Manager, Visionary Program Med Countries Director, Fellowship Program Manager, and Support for Changemaker.org challenges and network. She has managed projects like Italy's changemakers map, collaborated on the launch event for Ashoka Italy, and overseen partnerships with organizations like Schneider Electric Foundation and Changemaker schools programme.

Enrica is also a co-founder of a cooperative, an adept web administrator, a trainer for team-building classes, and a coordinator for a Youth Centre. Her role extends to organizing events for youth, offering language classes to refugees, and providing constant fundraising support. Enrica's educational background includes a Master's degree in team building and experience learning, a maturità classica from Liceo Classico Dettori in Cagliari, Italy, and a High School Diploma from Analy High School in California.
