Kyle Palmer

H. Kyle Palmer is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily and built-to-rent property sales. He currently serves as the Managing Principal at Palmer Real Estate Investment Services (PALMER REIS) in Atlanta, Georgia, a position he has held since April 2023.1

Prior to his current role, Palmer had a notable tenure at Walker & Dunlop, where he served as Managing Director & Senior Vice President from May 2019 to March 2023.1 During his time at Walker & Dunlop, he oversaw business development and execution of Built-to-Rent and Multifamily property sales throughout the southeast region.1

Palmer's career in real estate spans over 16 years, during which he has been involved in transactions valued at more than $5 billion.1 His experience includes working with a diverse client base, ranging from public institutions and major corporations to government agencies and private family offices.1

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Palmer held several leadership positions in other prominent real estate firms:

Palmer's educational background includes dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate and Economics from The University of Georgia, where he graduated Cum Laude.1 He also holds a minor in Mass Communications.1

Throughout his career, Palmer has demonstrated expertise in investment sales, asset management, portfolio analysis, and consultative services in the commercial real estate sector, with a particular focus on multifamily and built-to-rent properties.1
