Emmanuel Crouy

Emmanuel Crouy is the CEO and Co-Founder of GrabJobs, a recruitment automation platform designed to streamline the hiring process for companies and job seekers. He has been in this role since July 2015, focusing on strategy, product development, and market expansion. Under his leadership, GrabJobs has developed innovative tools that automate various stages of recruitment, significantly reducing hiring time and costs for employers.12

Before founding GrabJobs, Crouy co-founded Aster Lion, a recruitment firm specializing in technology and financial sectors, and he has extensive experience in recruitment dating back to 2010. His career also includes roles in software development and business analysis at major financial institutions.123

Crouy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McGill University, where he also studied economics and East Asian cultural studies.23
