After a fantastic 18 months working for LinkedIn in London, I have now moved to our San Francisco office. I specialize in helping my clients move to a direct sourcing recruitment model with a large emphasis on promoting their employer brand to attract the best active and passive talent in the market. My goal is to help clients attract the best candidates in the market, reduce their time to fill, lower their cost of recruitment and maximize their employment brand in the market place.I also regularly speak at events about how companies, Universities and individuals can best leverage LinkedIn to build their own personal & professional brand.Achievements- Although selling to the US was a brand new market for me, I achieved 132% of target and was no 1 in my team and within the top 5 best sales performers in North America. Following this success, I was promoted into a new role within LinkedIn.

For this I received LinkedIn's CLUB award.

Cherry is the UK's most successful and fastest growing Partnership marketing agency. They specialize in strategically bringing brands together to ensure maximum benefit for both brands. This includes them having the opportunity to talk to customers they never would have reached before, to become smarter with their marketing spend, to increase their brand awareness and drive incremental sales. I was hired as a sales consultant to secure new partners for all of Cherry's clients (primarily O2) and regularly liaised with marketing directors of leading brands.

My clients included Westfield, QBE, AAPT, Vodafone (VHA), Cardlink, News Limited, The University of NSW and The office of State revenue as well as many others. I was often liaising with C level executives and was instrumental in successfully selling a multi-million dollar APM-Wily software solution to VHA.

I was involved in designing all the marketing collateral, winning new clients, running and presenting at the Assessment centres, hiring and managing a small team as well as the overall day to day duties of running a successful start-up business.

I was poached from the UK to help start and grow this very successful Graduate Assessment, Placement and training company.  We began as a start-up and i assisted in 10x growth in less than a year! We ran Assessment centers to find the best graduates in the country, then we placed them into jobs and trained them in Sales over their first year to maximise their success. I won accounts including Sensis, News ltd, Reach Local, Pureprofile and SAGE software and I managed a small team. I was consistently the top sales performer and regularly achieved 200%+ of target.
