Ramon Morales is a seasoned Business Operations Manager with over a decade of experience building and leading teams to exceed organizational goals. He is a former Gunner Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps, where he led teams to accomplish essential mission activities. Currently, Morales is the Sr. Manager of a Managed Services Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, where he leads a team of eighteen to support Federal, State, utility, and emergency response entities. In his past roles, Morales has managed technical departments, led manufacturing teams, and assisted customers with service support requests. Along with his strong leadership skills, Morales is also proficient in coaching, mentoring, customer care, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Infrastructure Assurance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Morales likes to learn new things, tinker with technology, and volunteer in the community.
