Emma Merrick (she/her)

Emma Merrick is a skilled Human Resources specialist with a diverse and accomplished background. She completed her education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and studying abroad in the Rome Extension Program at Richmond, The American International University in London. Prior to graduation, Emma gained hands-on experience as an Account Executive at Campus Special and as a full-time Business Intern at Mountz Inc. She also served as the President of UCSB's Human Resources Student Association and as a Philanthropy Organizer for Alpha Phi International Fraternity.

After graduation, Emma's career in HR continued to progress quickly. She started as a Recruitment Assistant at Yardi Systems before moving on to become a Recruitment Coordinator at Google, where she worked on-site. Currently, she is a Technical Recruiter at Palantir Technologies, where she is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the company.

Emma's varied background and experience reflect her skills and interests, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, HR policies and procedures, leadership, and personnel development. She is knowledgeable in the latest HR trends and technologies and is passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams in today's workforce.
