Lauren Smith
Lauren Smith is a highly educated and accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and organizational development. She studied Bachelor's of Science in Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University before completing her Master's of Education in Special Education at Hunter College. Lauren has worked with several organizations in different capacities, including Palantir Technologies as a university recruiter, Advocates for Children as a former Junior Board President, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Learning and Development Program Manager, HR Associate, and HR Analyst. She also worked at Teach for America as a Recruitment Coordinator and Corps Member, and as a Summer Fellow at The Conference Board. Lauren co-founded AMIGOS Community Service Organization at Vanderbilt University. Her educational background and extensive work experience make her an expert in human resources, education, and organizational development.
