Emma Dye is the Founder & Chief Salad Officer at Crisp Salads, a chopped to order salad restaurant located in Portland, Oregon. She and her husband, Kirt, were inspired to bring this concept to Portland after experiencing similar salad restaurants in cities like NYC and DC. Crisp Salads opened its doors on August 27, 2015, offering a variety of chopped to order salads, soups, wine, beer, Prosecco, and catering services. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Marylhurst University. Prior to starting Crisp Salads, she held various positions in organizations like InTouch Health, Weight Watchers, Edwards Lifesciences, Medtronic, Physio-Control, Inc, Qwest Communications, and Convergent Communications.
