Emmanuel Lumineau is a renowned figure in the fintech industry, with over 20 years of experience in investment and finance. He is the proud Founder and CEO of Arkticc Technologies, a London-based fintech start-up that provides low carbon cities with finance and investment solutions. Emmanuel is also a serial Fintech entrepreneur, having created several successful ventures in real estate, alternative asset management, and energy infrastructure. He founded Brickvest, a real estate investment and financing platform that served over 7,000 investors and 200 banks before its successful exit in 2020. At 1OAK Financial Group, he established two private equity funds, including a pre-IPO technology fund anchored by investment in Twitter Inc. Emmanuel is internationally respected for his expertise in disruptive energy, transport, and real estate technologies. He was the Head of Investments at Masdar City, the world's first large-scale ecocity greenfield project, where he was responsible for the underwriting of the $25bn city masterplan. Emmanuel has a Ms Sc in Management (with a Finance major) from HEC Grande Ecole, Paris, and a Ms Sc in Management from CEMS.
