Emma Carlo is an economist with a background in the public sector, focusing on strategic planning, statistics, project management, and international cooperation.
She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policies from the School of Government and Public Transformation, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Emma also pursued studies at Aalto University.
Her professional experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Networks and Consortia at the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer.
Previously, she held the position of Chief of the Statistics and Planning Department at the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer of Nuevo León.
