Shirley Santana Herrera is an accomplished economist with over 2 years of experience in project management spanning the public and private sectors, as well as non-profit organizations. She holds a Mini MBA from Miami University, Ohio, with a diverse educational background in Communication, Sustainable Development, Political Management, Business, and Project Management. Shirley, a native of the Dominican Republic, is deeply passionate about financial education, social transformation, gender equality, communication, and technological development.

Shirley's key strengths lie in her bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, advanced office software skills, proficiency in statistical tools, adept technical writing capabilities, and a knack for innovative problem-solving. With a wealth of experience in national media and internships in open government, Shirley currently serves as the head of national and international operations for a development and technological solutions start-up.
