Emma Belcher is an accomplished leader in the fields of foreign policy, nuclear security, and philanthropy.
Currently the President of Ploughshares Fund, she is dedicated to mitigating the risk of nuclear weapons globally.
Her expertise was honed during her tenure at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, where she led the Nuclear Challenges grantmaking program.
