Emma Banks is the Chief Executive Officer of ramarketing, an international marketing agency specializing in the life sciences sector. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, she has a robust background in the field, holding a Ph.D. in Immunology and over 15 years of experience in managing businesses within life sciences. Under her leadership, ramarketing has experienced significant growth, expanding by 400% to a team of over 80 employees in just five years and securing a private equity partnership with NorthEdge in 2022.13

Emma is known for her dynamic leadership style and commitment to empowering others. She actively mentors young professionals and has been recognized for her contributions to the industry, including her recent inclusion in the E2E Female 100 list. Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about environmental social governance (ESG) and mental health advocacy, particularly concerning female health issues and menopause.12
