Emily Wood

Emily Wood (née Beckham) is an Exploration Geologist at ExxonMobil.12 She completed her M.S. thesis at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on an ambitious project that used a previously generated sand tank model of a delta to build a digital reservoir model and simulate flow from CO2 injection.1 Emily's work contributed to research on geologic heterogeneity and fluid flow at the Gulf Coast Carbon Center.1 She is now applying her expertise in geological exploration and analysis in the energy sector at ExxonMobil.
