Emily Spring is a dedicated Human Resources professional and research enthusiast with a strong passion for identifying and retaining exceptional talent to drive competitive advantage in organizations.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, Fresno, and studies in International Human Resources Management and International Business at Hong Kong Baptist University.

Emily has held various roles in prestigious organizations, including serving as the Human Resources Director at Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group as well as at MBH Architects. She has also worked as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator at MBH Architects. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant at Sparkpr and as an HR Intern at Denham Resources.

In addition to her HR roles, Emily has diverse professional experience, having worked as a Marketing Temp at Valley Yellow Pages, a Junior Specialist - Lab Manager at UC Davis, and a Research Assistant IV at UC Davis.
