Joyeta Samanta is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and an impressive track record in human resources and talent management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Case Western Reserve University - Weatherhead School of Management, and has also pursued studies in General Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Throughout her career, Joyeta has held key positions in renowned organizations. She currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Branding & Engagement at SolarWinds. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Talent Success at Pulse Secure, where she led a global HR organization. She has also worked in various roles at Pulse Secure, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Business Partner in Talent Success.

In addition to her corporate roles, Joyeta has shared her knowledge and expertise as a Guest Lecturer in Strategy and Talent Management at UC Berkeley Extension Corporate and Professional Programs.
