Responsible for M&A and eMARS (electronic Medication Administration Records) products and a member of the Product Leadership Team.

Delivered a product pilot that validated potential Branch efficiencies in excess of 20 hours per week per branch.

Product Manager responsible for the comparethemarket.com Design System and Shared Components; and from September ‘20, for the Cookie Consent solution.

Took ownership of two products that had previously had no product management, and helped build these into successful products.

Working closely with the Tech and Design Leads, we turned around perception of the internal Design System and achieved a >1ppt uplift in SQ to EQ overall for journeys using the Design System and Shared React Components; with a particular uplift seen for mobile.

Through careful user research and multi-variant testing, I succeeded in halving the percentage of customers opting out of cookie consent whilst improving the overall customer experience. This led to an estimated saving of £5m on potential lost revenue associated with digital marketing.
