Emily Persons, Ph.D.
Emily Persons, PhD is an accomplished sociologist with expertise in education policy, organizational theory, program evaluation, stratification, and data analysis. She earned a PhD in Sociology from Duke University, an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University, and a BA in Sociology from Princeton University. As a Research Analyst at Age of Learning, Inc., Dr. Persons is dedicated to using data and analysis to drive better decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. She has held several positions in education, including an EP Fellow at Cesar Chavez PCS at Education Pioneers, a Graduate Research Assistant at Research on the Development and Education of Youth, and an Achievement Coach at Higher Achievement. Her passion lies in using research and analysis to enhance organizational decision-making processes and improve outcomes.
