With a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Ph.D. in Media Arts & Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Media Arts and Sciences also from MIT, Emily has a solid academic foundation.
