Sales Experience Owner

Emily serves as the experience owner and trusted advisor for pre-sale processes for TEKsystems Global Services including business development, account planning, and transitions to delivery . She collaborates across Sales, Sales Enablement and Delivery stakeholder groups,  focusing on continuous improvement and CRM (Salesforce) optimization and adoption that drives sales effectiveness and efficiency.

In this role, Emily's responsibilities require her to span many functions including Change Management, Strategic Business Liaison, Project Management, Business Analysis, Functional Testing, Data Analysis, Advanced Reporting & Analytics, Trainer and Experience Ownership. Based on her extensive knowledge of process and systems, she is a trusted advisor and known as the go-to for Salesforce sales cloud.

Business Development Experience Owner, Global Services

As a BDM, Emily was responsible for business development and account strategy within the  Global Services division of TEKsystems for the Financial Services Vertical. She focused on building customer relationship through results based contracts across Application Services and Infrastructure product lines. Services included: Application Development, Application Management, Data Services, Quality Assurance and Testing, Infrastructure Deployment and Support Services.

She specialized in IT infrastructure and applications skill sets and focused mainly on supporting SMB clients.
