Emily Connors is a skilled social science researcher, program manager, and strategic planner with over a decade of experience in the non-profit and healthcare fields. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Sociology, Emily has a solid educational background from Carroll University and Illinois State University.

Throughout her career, Emily has held various roles, including Lead Design Researcher and Senior Design Researcher at Milwaukee Tool, Market Research & Planning Analyst at ProHealth Care, Director of Evaluation and Research Analytics at Medical College of Wisconsin, and Associate Director of Evaluation and Research Services at Alliance for Strong Families and Communities.

Emily's expertise extends to Program Management as seen from her role as Program Manager I - Evaluator at Medical College of Wisconsin, Clinical and Translational Science Institute of Southeast Wisconsin. She has also been actively involved in research and evaluation, having served as a Founding Board Member at ¡Milwaukee Evaluation! Inc., Evaluation and Research Associate at Alliance for Children and Families, and Research Assistant at Alliance for Children and Families.

Furthermore, Emily has volunteered her time and skills in various capacities, including as a TEFL Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, supporting employment services as a Volunteer at Women's Center, Inc., and working as an Accounting Assistant at Delzer Lithograph Company.
