Emily Blair

Emily Blair is the Director of Education at the Latino Community Center (LCC) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.12 She was promoted to this position in January 2020 after helping launch the LCC's continuum of educational programming for Latino youth.1 In her role, Emily develops and oversees educational programs designed to empower Latinx youth.2

Prior to becoming Director of Education, Emily held this position from January 2020 to December 2022.3 She has fifteen years of experience in education and demonstrates a strong commitment to student achievement and equity.

At the LCC, Emily is involved in various educational initiatives, including:

1. Overseeing the SOY Pittsburgh Elementary program, an evidence-based, bilingual afterschool and summer program.1
