Emilio Fernandez-Martos

Emilio Fernandez-Martos is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in startup investment, consulting, e-business & IT services, and chemical & electrical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Process Excellence at INNOCV Solutions, Emilio has been instrumental in managing P&L organizations, building and leading teams, selling professional services, managing projects and programs, industrial marketing, as well as defining & executing e-business strategies. With a background in Telecommunication Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration, Emilio has a strong foundation to support his 30 years of international experience. He co-founded Kairos Management, an independent Business Consulting company, and was involved with startups both as an Investment Director and Business Angel. Emilio also co-founded Cimba Solutions, a mobile-commerce start-up, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Emilio brings a global perspective to his work.
