Emilie McCarthy is an accomplished global CFO with over 15 years of experience working for multinational and privately held organizations in education, media, and financial services. She pursued Masters in Accounting, Finance from Neoma Business School and later, a course in Economics, Finance from Trinity Business School. Fluent in both French and English languages, she is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and operational mindset.

McCarthy is reputedly known for driving results across functional teams, and embracing change with resilience. Her extensive portfolio includes a stint as the Group CFO at Hult International Business School and CFO for CNBC. She has also worked as a Finance Regulatory Leader, Director of Global Operational Controller, and Manager of Financial Planning Analysis at GE Capital. Prior to this, McCarthy began her career in finance and auditing as a Financial Auditor at Mazars.
