Emil Lassen is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Home.Earth, a venture aimed at revolutionizing the real estate sector to address challenges like rapid urban population growth, inequality, and environmental crisis.

Before his current venture, Emil co-founded Project Access International, a charity focusing on equal access to top universities globally. His leadership as CEO led the organization to work across 70+ countries with a team of 250 and partnerships with top universities.

Emil's professional background includes roles such as strategy consulting at McKinsey, operations at Aula Education, and impact investments at Matter, showcasing a diverse skill set and experience in different sectors.

Recognized for his contributions, Emil has received accolades like being a WEF Global Shaper, Gates Foundation Goalkeeper, and holding fellowships with organizations like Sigma Squared, Kairos, and UNLEASH. He also serves as a Sounding Board Member at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
