    Ema Enogieru is the Deputy Director of Aspilos Foundation, a not-for-profit developmental organization, where she manages the AboCoders project.

    With expertise in development projects to enhance the livelihoods of underserved communities in Nigeria, Ema co-founded '2k Ankara Tops', a ready-to-wear African fashion line.

    She is a member of the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative and an Alumna of the Tony Elumelu Foundation entrepreneurship program.

    Ema's passion for management and entrepreneurship aims to drive national economic growth and poverty alleviation by focusing on sustainable development goals and community-level interventions for livelihood improvement.

    She is the creator of 'the Fempreneurs' hangout', a women's networking event supporting female entrepreneurs, reflecting her love for fostering connections and providing mutual support.

    Ema Enogieru holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, and a Course Certificate in Evaluation from Philanthropy University.

    Her previous roles include Project Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Co-Founder, and Company Secretary in various organizations and fashion businesses.
