Dr. Elliott R. Haut is a renowned trauma surgeon and a prominent figure in the field of surgical quality and safety. Currently serving as the Vice Chair of Surgical Quality and Safety at Johns Hopkins Medicine, he is actively involved in outcomes research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. With a strong educational background, Dr. Haut holds a PhD in Clinical Investigation from Johns Hopkins, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a ScB in Chemistry from Brown University. Additionally, he has studied at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY).
