Managed all personal and business affairs for a Hedge Fund Manager. This consisted of handling business and personal banking accounts in liaison with his Wealth Manager. Handled all bill paying for several household properties using Quicken Software. Worked closely with contractors for all properties. Liaised with insurance companies for all policies and tax accountants to provide pertinent documents. Efficiently created all correspondence, manage calendar and travel itineraries.  Monitored incoming mail and orders of household purchases. Ran errands and animal care as needed.

Managed household and personal affairs for a busy executive involved in many social events and charities. Responsible for supervising and managing construction projects for three homes. Compile estimates and invoices from contractors and vendors, oversee timelines, create and manage reports for various projects. Responsible for ordering gifts, mailings, deliveries and run errands as needed. Organize international and domestic air travel, hotels, ground transportation and concierge services.

Provided personal care to my ailing Mother in her home. Responsibilities consisted of, but not limited to; managing the household, appointment management with physicians, collected and administered medications, household bill paying, house cleaning, grocery shopping and the preparation of all meals.

Various Temporary Assignments

Reported directly to the CEO and provided support for the entire firm. Responsible for all aspects of office management.  Projects included overall planning and execution of office expansion, worked directly with architects, engineers and general contractors. Performed due diligence for office equipment purchases; researched and implemented the company health insurance plan and managed an outside contractor for design and maintenance of the company website. Also managed investor relations, including monthly performance updates, specific inquiry responses and PowerPoint presentations for potential investors.

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Provided direct administrative assistance to the founding partner of a leading private equity firm.  Responsible for compiling and executing quarterly reports; planning, coordinating and managing all domestic and international meetings, partner meetings, advisory board meetings, conferences, and events for the firm. Responsible for travel and entertainment for key executives and clients, including private air transportation. Created PowerPoint presentations, prepared expense reports and managed calendar for founding partner.

Catterton Partners

Set-up and organized the entire office for a venture capital firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences. Contributions included evaluation, acquisition and installation of all office infrastructure and operating systems: IT servers, PC’s and related software, telecommunications system, furniture, supplies, and all service/vendor relationships.  Also provided extensive support of and liaison with external legal counsel on the organization and formation of the partnership and associated entities.   Facilitated capital calls and worked with bank advisors. Prepared annual and quarterly reports.  Handled wire transactions within multiple entities.  Worked closely with legal counsel.  Managed calendars, board meetings, investor meetings, and all off-site venues.  Extensive contact with limited partners and senior management of portfolio companies.  Organized travel for two founding partners, prepared all expense reports and office invoices.

Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities included the management of complex business and personal calendars, travel itineraries, kept track of various board meetings and documentation pertaining to such.  Composed and typed correspondence, handled all payments of personal invoices, wired funds to and from several brokerage accounts, trust funds, checking and savings accounts of all family members and close relations. Worked closely with tax advisors regarding tax payments for several accounts. Acted as liaison between other key executives and board members of various institutions. Prepared expense reports and act as link to business affairs during travel.

Provided support for Founding Partner of an international hedge fund.  Managed and coordinated numerous domestic and international meetings, conferences, and social events with up to several hundred attendees. Important off-site events have included planning and attending the IMF/World Bank annual meetings in Hong Kong and Washington, D.C., the American Finance Association meetings in various U.S. cities and off-shore investor meetings.  Efficiently and accurately created written correspondence and key documents. Prepared investor presentations and highly confidential internal memorandums.  Additionally, served as a liaison between LTCM Partners, external executives and U.S./foreign government officials. Arranged overseas meetings with Central Bankers and other high level executives. Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, including numerous overseas trips involving multiple travel segments and complicated itineraries. Manage personal business and financial affairs, including tracking and reporting expenses.
