Yehudi Meshchaninov is a highly-educated and experienced organizational design and transformation consultant who partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to create better ways of working that enable greater agility, purpose, innovation, and continuing learning. With a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, Psychology, and Education from Columbia University in the City of New York and having completed a Master of Arts in Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, Yehudi is well-versed in the psychology and principles of effective leadership and organizational behavior. Prior to his consulting work, Yehudi also gained extensive experience in executive coaching and team coaching as an Executive Coach at Columbia Business School and a Team Coach and Leadership Consultant at Leadership Labs NY LLC.

Yehudi is passionate about helping organizations adapt to the modern workplace and improve their ways of working.
