Elizabeth A. Morrison, Global Head of Inclusion, Recruiting and Development at Creative Artists Agency

Elizabeth A. Morrison has been appointed as the new Global Head of Inclusion, Recruiting and Development at Creative Artists Agency (CAA).123456 In this role, she will lead the teams responsible for overseeing CAA's ongoing inclusion initiatives, learning and development programs, and recruiting efforts across the agency's various offices and divisions.14

Morrison joins CAA from Levi Strauss & Co., where she served as the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Vice President of Global Talent Management.1234 Prior to Levi Strauss & Co., she played a pivotal role in diversity and belonging at Live Nation, leading the company to achieve its first-ever perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index and securing the Great Place to Work certification.24

Before Live Nation, Morrison managed global diversity and inclusion at The Campbell Soup Company and spent eight years at Comcast NBCUniversal, progressively driving employee engagement and culture.24 She began her career in public relations for the American Red Cross.24

Morrison holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Liberal Arts degrees from Temple University.24 She is an active member of the i4cp Chief Diversity Officers Board and Executive Leadership Council.24 Morrison will be based in CAA's Los Angeles office.1234
