Elizabeth Leshen

Elizabeth Leshen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and attended Hunter College High School.

Elizabeth has held several key roles at Novartis, including Head S&E of Gene Therapy and Rare Disease, Director of External Research Strategy, Director of Strategy & Operations for Immunology, Hepatology, and Dermatology Franchise, and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. She has also interned as an MBA Intern at Novartis.

Prior to her tenure at Novartis, Elizabeth gained valuable experience working as a Consultant at the Gavi Vaccine Alliance, The Boston Consulting Group, and as an Associate and Intern at The Boston Consulting Group. She also interned at The White House within the National Economic Council.
