Elizabeth Humphries is an accomplished educator with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in teaching and coordinating various educational programs.
She holds a Master's Degree in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a BA in Sociology from Yale University, and a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential in Education Leadership from Reach University.
Elizabeth also expanded her knowledge by studying Sexuality and Gender Identity in Amsterdam, Netherlands at the School for International Training.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held key roles in different educational organizations. She served as a Coordinator of Literacy at the High School/Linked Learning Office in the Oakland Unified School District and as a Co-teacher in the BE3 Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
Her experience includes being a History Specialist and a Journalism Teacher in Oakland Unified School District, as well as a Teacher and Ninth Grade Team Leader at the School District of Philadelphia.
She has also contributed to education through her involvement with Teach for America, where she worked as a dedicated teacher.
