Elizabeth Frascoia

Elizabeth Frascoia is a multi-talented musician and educator who has dedicated her career to fostering joy and community through music and education. With a BA in Psychology from Harvard University and an MA in Jazz Vocal Performance from Queens College, Frascoia has a deep understanding of both the emotional and technical elements of music. She has honed her skills in a variety of organizations, including as an Assistant Program Director at Vermont Governor's Institute on the Arts, Jazz Club Host at Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard, and Program Director at Vermont Governor's Institute on the Arts. She has also worked in the private sector, serving as the Education Program Manager and Creator Support Specialist at ROLI, a music technology company.

Currently, Frascoia is the Executive Director at The Governor's Institutes of Vermont. In this role, she leads a team of educators in creating transformative educational experiences for high school students. Her dedication to education and music is matched only by her love of vanilla ice cream paired with tortilla chips.
