Elizabeth Coté

Elizabeth Coté is the Chief Mission Officer and Medical Director at MyHealthMath, where she aims to revolutionize the domestic health insurance market by eliminating waste and ensuring no individual is left behind. With a focus on simplifying health insurance purchasing, Elizabeth is dedicated to promoting equity and diversity in employee benefit design nationwide. In addition to her role at MyHealthMath, she continues to practice medicine with Catholic Charities of Maine and provides consultations to communities across the country, with a particular emphasis on aligning early childhood systems to reduce health disparities. Elizabeth's extensive experience includes serving as the chief health officer at the National Institute for Children’s Health Equity and as a White House Fellow, collaborating on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act alongside the HHS Secretary. Her global initiatives have had a profound impact, from preventing family separation in post-earthquake Haiti to improving healthcare systems in post-war Iraq and tackling infant mortality in orphanages in Southern India.
