Eli Weiner

Eli Weiner is a dedicated individual currently delving into the world of digital democracy, with a keen interest in platform power and the surveillance economy. His focus is on developing progressive internationalism for the modern era, along with exploring various transatlantic regulatory models. Prior to this, his academic background was in North Atlantic intellectual history, imperialism, and interwar internationalism.

Eli Weiner pursued his education at reputable institutions, including completing a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Political Thought and Intellectual History at the University of Cambridge. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a Distinguished Majors Program in History from the University of Virginia, following his education at Sidwell Friends School.

Throughout his career, Eli Weiner has been actively engaged in various organizations, such as serving as a Program Coordinator and a former Research Assistant at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. He has also gained valuable experience as a Policy and Communications Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives within the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee. Additionally, he has held positions as a Research Assistant in the Department of Sociology at the University of Virginia, an Intern at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget, and interned at the United States Trade Representative.
