Dr. Douglas Padgett is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in foreign relations and academia. He holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University Bloomington, a MA from the University of Florida, and a B.A. from Duke University. Dr. Padgett has an extensive professional history, having served as a Legislative Fellow at the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State. He has also held roles as a Franklin Fellow, Consultant, and Instructor at various esteemed organizations including the Center for the National Interest, George Mason University, and the US Navy.
