Eli Harrington

Eli Harrington is the President and founder of Greenbridge Consulting, a consulting and communications firm based in Vermont, established in 2018. The firm specializes in business development, marketing, and legislative research related to the cannabis industry, including areas such as industrial hemp and both medical and adult-use cannabis.12

Harrington is an experienced social entrepreneur with a strong background in nonprofit management, event planning, and digital media. He is an eighth-generation Vermonter who graduated from Brandeis University. Before founding Greenbridge Consulting, he worked in international relations for six years in Burlington and Boston. In 2014, he returned to Vermont to focus on social entrepreneurship.1

In addition to his role at Greenbridge Consulting, Harrington co-founded Heady Vermont in 2016, a digital media outlet and events company focused on cannabis. He has organized over 50 legal cannabis events in Vermont, significantly impacting the local community.12 His advocacy work has earned him recognition as the 2018 Vermont Cannabis Activist of the Year by the New England Cannabis Community Awards. Harrington has been featured in notable publications such as Rolling Stone, VICE, and High Times Magazine for his contributions to cannabis advocacy.12

Currently, Harrington also operates as a registered lobbyist in Vermont and has launched "Vermontijuana," a brand that promotes cannabis advocacy through podcasts and events.1
