Our approach is based on 12 years of scientific research in the field of positive psychology, conducted by Harvard researcher Shawn Achor. We combine a specific type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), called Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), with self-talk science from sport psychology to make well-being and optimal performance just a few clicks away for everyone.
