Richard O'Grady is a seasoned marketing professional who has transitioned into the tech industry. After completing his Bachelor's degree in History at the University of Oxford, he worked in marketing and founded his own company, Gin & Phonics. Later, he joined Airfinity Ltd as a Business Development executive. It was at this point he realised he didn't have the technical skills he needed to succeed in tech.<br><br>Richard then made the life-changing decision to attend a nine-week, full-stack development bootcamp at Le Wagon. After graduating, he remained at the company and took on marketing and marketing automation roles before becoming General Manager, Germany.<br><br>He is now responsible for the operations and growth of Le Wagon in Germany, focusing on product, growth and scaling operations. Richard is passionate about turning career changers, founders and creatives with minimal technical background into full stack web developers and data scientists.<br><br>Le Wagon is one of the most exciting educational startups, running coding bootcamps for people across the globe. There are already over 8,000 alumni in 40+ cities, ensuring that Le Wagon is making a significant impact on the future of tech.
