With over 15 years of experience in HR consultancy for leaders and product teams, 5 years in Innovation Management, and 5 years as a Design Thinking facilitator, Elena brings a wealth of expertise to her roles.

Her educational background includes studies in Foreign Languages (English-Spanish), OKR Master Certificate, Design Thinking, and Innovation framework, as well as completion of programs like Harvard Manage Mentor in Organizational Leadership at the Harvard Leadership Academy.
