Elana Boehm is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Zagster, she is dedicated to creating a business community that can effectively respond to the evolving needs of society. With a passion for biking, Elana brings a unique perspective to her work.

Elana's educational journey includes studies at East Chapel Hill High School, where her academic foundation was laid. She expanded her knowledge through 100 hours of in-depth study in Jewish culture and civilization at Hebrew College. Her academic achievements also include an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Williams College.

Throughout her career, Elana has held key roles in various organizations. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Civocracy and was a Founding Member at Operations Collective. Her experience includes positions such as VP of Market Management, General Manager of New Markets, and Director of Operations at Zagster. She has also contributed her skills to roles at Next Step Living, Sustainable Industrial Solutions, Walmart, and shoeboxed.com, among others.
