Ekaterina Petrova is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in innovation management and consulting services for both corporate organizations and government entities in Russia. She was a finalist in the EY Business Women 2020 competition and won the "Best Manager in Innovative Business" title at the first-ever independent award for business women, "Charmous."

Petrova completed her education with a Specialist degree in State Regulation of Economic Resources from the Moscow State Technical University of N. E. Bauman.

She has worked in various organizations such as the Russian Venture Company as Managing Director of GenerationS corporate accelerator, Head of Innovative educational projects, and Coordinator of educational programs. She served as an Expert at RUSNANO, Specialist-expert of the department for support programs for SMEs at the Ministry for economic development of the Russian Federation, Department of SME support, and Deputy Executive Director, Head of the organization department at National Community of Business Angels of Russia, a member of European Business Angels (EBAN).

Her professional experience also includes working as a Project Manager, a Financial Department Specialist at Halliburton International Inc. (Russian subsidiary), and a Supplementary Educational Services Department Specialist at Moscow State Technical University of N.E. Bauman.
