With a degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, Minaglia has a strong educational background to complement his experience.

Over the years, Minaglia has held various roles in sales, business development, and strategic alliances with companies like Aspen Technology, Pitney Bowes Software (now Precisely), CA Technologies (now Broadcom), Evident Software, Apogee Networks, Tellsoft Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. He has led sales teams to reach up to $80M in revenue and has developed partner-ready offerings sold via OEM, resale, and influence models.

Minaglia's current focus is on the integration of AI-enabled technologies to promote sustainability, safety, profitability, and performance in capital-intensive industries.
