Till A. Kaestner

Till A. Kaestner is a well-versed international senior executive and serial entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in general management, corporate culture, business development, sales, and marketing. He prides himself on investing in people to build world-class teams, culture, and meaningful business. Till, a member of the Responsible Leaders Network by BMW Foundation, serves as a mentor at Wayra, RESPOND (BMW Foundation), Founders Institute, and other organizations where he helps startups and corporate leadership teams to develop innovation-friendly company culture and leadership skills & formats.

He co-founded and managed one of the most funded and successful Deep Tech Startups in Palo Alto, Munich, Tokyo, as COO, achieving over 40 full-time employees and product implementation with various international partners. The startup later had an exit to a Japanese public company.

Till's previous work engagements also include defining the regional strategy and exponential growth in revenue at LinkedIn as Managing Director DACH. He also built the E-Business for T-Mobile in EMEA markets as a member of the EMEA management team, and he scaled the E-Commerce business for Monster Worldwide EU as a member of the EU management team. Additionally, he digitized the Monster Worldwide DACH marketing organization and operations.

Till is the Founder & Managing Director of MyArtist&Me GmbH and has served in several management positions such as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Cura-Collector GmbH & Co. KG, Partner at Inkubate GmbH, Managing Director at akom360 GmbH (a Publicis Media Company), and Vice President at Monster Worldwide and T-Mobile International. He has also served as a Management Consultant at LinkedIn and The Thingle Group Inc., Vice President E-Commerce Europe at T-Mobile International, and Co-Founder & Head of Research and Development at Trust Group GmbH.
