Rick currently serves as the co-founder and general partner at Equal Ventures, where he has led investments in various industry-disrupting companies, including RigUp, Project 44, Vettery, and Expel. Before joining Equal Ventures, Rick worked as a VC at Lightbank, an MBA associate at Bowery Capital, and an associate at Lightview Capital (formerly Red Oak Growth Partners).
