Phineas Barnes is a well-known name in the world of venture capital and the sneaker industry. As the co-founder of The General Partnership, he is focused on redefining partnership in the VC world. Prior to this, he started as an unpaid intern at First Round Capital and worked his way up to become a managing partner. He has also worked with AND 1 Basketball, founded a fitness video game company, and served as the creative director at AND 1.
