Vandana Hariharan is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of global experience in Financial Services, Internet, eCommerce & SaaS business models, Education and EdTech. She holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University, a Master's Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Economics from the University of Mumbai.

Ms. Hariharan has a proven track record in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, strategic and financial investor communication, IPO/public readiness, and controllership. Prior to her current role as Chief Financial Officer at Open Up Resources, she was on sabbatical and held senior finance roles at Medallia, Facebook, eBay, and GE Capital.
