Edward Tooley

Edward (Ted) Tooley is an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on corporate, M&A, and securities matters.3 He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2023.1 Tooley also has a BA from Southern Methodist University, which he earned cum laude in 2015.1
