Edward Steer is a highly experienced professional in the recruitment industry. He is the Founder and CEO of Sphere Digital Recruitment, an award-winning recruitment agency specializing in digital recruitment. He has over a decade of experience in helping leading technology providers, agencies, brands, and media owners and publishers in Europe and North America find the right talent for their teams.

Edward has a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Oxford Brookes University. He has worked for PFJ, where he served in several roles, including Team Manager, Manager, Consultant, Sector Head - Digital, and Associate Director - Responsible for PFJ's Digital Business. He has also won several awards annually, including "Agency of the Year" at the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards for 2016, "Best Client Service," "Best Client-Side Recruiting Team," "Best Large Agency," and "Marketing Star of The Year."
